1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the fk11 platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and fk11.bet. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account if one has been created.

fk11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, fk11 will notify registered players via the contact details held on their account — typically by email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of fk11 following publication of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. The effective date shown at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain a fk11 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. fk11 does not permit persons under 18 to register, deposit funds, or participate in any game or betting activity on the platform, under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of fk11, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be acting in a professional capacity in connection with any sporting event or gaming activity listed on the fk11 platform where your involvement creates a conflict of interest.
• You must not have been previously excluded from fk11 under a self-exclusion request that remains in effect.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming activity in your location before using fk11.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one active fk11 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. fk11 uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect multi-accounting behaviour. Where duplicate accounts are identified, fk11 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and withhold any balance pending investigation.

When creating your fk11 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. You agree to update this information promptly if any detail changes. fk11 may request supporting documentation — such as a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, or a recent utility bill — to verify your identity at any stage of your account's lifecycle. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by fk11 may result in a temporary restriction on withdrawals or account suspension.

You are solely responsible for keeping your fk11 username and password confidential. fk11 strongly recommends using a unique password of at least 10 characters that combines upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. fk11 will never contact you by email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel to request your password. Any suspicious activity on your account must be reported to fk11 support immediately at [email protected].

• fk11 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where fk11's own systems were not compromised.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all fk11 accounts.
• fk11 reserves the right to lock an account temporarily if unusual login patterns are detected, pending verification by the account holder.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on fk11 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). fk11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. fk11 does not charge processing fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions; however, your payment provider may apply their own applicable charges, for which fk11 bears no responsibility.

• Deposits are credited to your fk11 account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment processor.
• fk11 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made from an account held by a family member or friend — are not permitted.
• fk11 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used for a deposit, particularly where a transaction triggers an internal review flag.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed through the respective MFS (mobile financial services) platforms. Any downtime or delay caused by an MFS provider is outside fk11's direct control.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. fk11 applies this rule as a standard anti-fraud measure.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though fk11 reserves the right to apply staged processing for unusually large single withdrawal requests.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is typically under 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.

• fk11 is not obliged to process withdrawals that it believes, on reasonable grounds, to represent proceeds of fraudulent, bonus-abuse, or money-laundering activity. Such cases will be reviewed and, where appropriate, referred to relevant authorities.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

fk11 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and tournament prizes are subject to these general Terms and Conditions as well as any promotion-specific terms published alongside the individual offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that offer only.

Bonus funds credited to your account are not immediately withdrawable. They must first be wagered a specified number of times — the wagering requirement — before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion terms before you opt in. fk11 does not apply hidden or retroactively modified wagering requirements.

• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements. Live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate — the exact contribution schedule is published within each promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time window stated in the promotion terms. Bonus funds that expire before the wagering requirement is met are forfeited, along with any winnings derived from those funds.
• Bets placed on markets with very low odds (typically below 1.30 in decimal format) may be excluded from wagering contribution calculations for sports betting bonuses.

fk11 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim new-player offers, systematically hedging bonus bets across multiple accounts, exploiting technical errors that result in unintended bonus credits, and coordinating with other players to manipulate promotional mechanics. Where bonus abuse is detected, fk11 reserves the right to void the affected bonus, reverse any winnings derived from it, and permanently close the accounts involved without prior notice.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using fk11, you agree to conduct yourself lawfully, honestly, and in good faith at all times. The following actions are explicitly prohibited on the fk11 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or any subsequent identity verification request.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or any automated system to interact with fk11 games, betting markets, or payment processes in a manner not sanctioned by fk11.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing mistakes to place bets or game rounds that fk11 would not have offered under correct operating conditions. fk11 reserves the right to void any transaction where a material error is identified.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity manipulation in connection with markets available on the fk11 sportsbook.
• Attempting to launder funds through the fk11 platform by depositing, wagering minimally, and withdrawing with the intent of legitimising the origin of funds rather than genuine recreational play.
• Using another person's payment method, account credentials, or identity to access or operate a fk11 account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing fk11 support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion order by registering a new account under different personal details.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the fk11 platform — including but not limited to the fk11 brand name, logo, website design, user interface layouts, graphic elements, written content, promotional materials, game thumbnails, and software — is either the exclusive intellectual property of fk11 or is used under licence from the respective rights holders (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fk11 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, scrape, or commercially exploit any content from fk11 without the express prior written consent of fk11. Unauthorised use of fk11's intellectual property may result in civil or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property law.

• Game content displayed on fk11 remains the exclusive intellectual property of the respective game studio provider. fk11 does not claim ownership of third-party game assets.

8 Limitation of Liability

fk11 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While fk11 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, free from technical faults, or completely secure at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may occur; fk11 will endeavour to minimise their duration and notify players where advance notice is possible.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fk11's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the fk11 platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their fk11 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. fk11 expressly excludes liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment.

• fk11 is not liable for losses caused by internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, power outages, or other technical issues on the player's side that result in interrupted game sessions or missed betting windows.
• fk11 is not liable for the actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, including delays or failures in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard systems.
• fk11 is not liable for any loss arising from a player's decision to participate in any game or place any bet. All gaming and betting activity on fk11 involves financial risk, and players accept that risk in full when placing any wager.
• Nothing in these Terms limits fk11's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.
